Far Far (Far Far Rang) Commonly referred to as Fryums because thats exactly what you do to these, your fry them in hot oil for about 20 seconds. They will expand about 2-4x their uncooked size. A mixture of wheat flour, tapioca gives it a very unique flavor and texture. You can season them with Rani Chat Masala or your favorite blend, even salt and pepper.

• Potato starch or a mix of potato powder, salt, and spices are combined to create a dough. This dough is shaped and cut into the desired fryum shapes.
• The shaped fryums are then sun-dried or machine-dried to reduce moisture. This step gives them a longer shelf life and makes them ready for frying later.
• To prepare, fryums are deep-fried in oil. As they cook, they puff up and become crispy due to the release of steam within the starchy dough.
• After frying, theyre often tossed with a sprinkle of chaat masala, salt, or other spices, adding a burst of flavor.
